Scott has 13 years of head collegiate coaching experience and has taught tennis for over 30 years.  He was the first men’s and women’s tennis coach at Holy Names University (2012-16), building it into a winning program in two years (#33 in the country). Scott also was the head coach at USF (1997-99), Texas-Pan American (1999-2001) and the University of the Pacific (2002).  He was selected to coach the USTA Northern California Pacific Zonal 12 & under team along with the USTA Northern California 16 & under team at the Winter National Championships.
